With 20+ years of experience in Information & Communications Technologies and Emergency Management. During this time, I have led highly successful 24x7 teams supporting Australia's Emergency Alert and Life-Threatening Call Trace Solutions, critical government radio communications networks within Victoria, and Emergency Management Liaison Officer roles at the state level. I now work in Corporate Affairs and Public Information for Australia's critical communications sector. I aim to serve others by increasing awareness of Emergency Management within the industry and using my unique blend of experience to help the wider community, including residents, community groups, businesses, and enterprises, understand how to prepare for, respond to and recover from emergency events from a communications viewpoint.
